VIP Customers will enjoy the benefits of knowing Shelby Heating and Air of TN, LLC. is taking the stress and worry of maintaining and caring for the expensive mechanical systems we depend on for the critical services of Air Conditioning and Heating our homes.
The VIP PROGRAM covers ALL maintenance for the Heating and Air Conditioning units.
The Maintenance that will be completed on Air Conditioning:
• Remove the Top of the Condenser
• Remove debris from the Condenser cabinet
• Chemically Clean the Condenser Coil
• Rinse the coil and re-assemble the Condenser
• Check ALL electrical components and Wiring
• Check FREON levels
• Test Thermostat for normal operation
• Replace Air Filter (provided by the customer)
The maintenance that will be completed on the Heating System:
• Inspect the Heat Exchanger for cracks that could result in leaking poisonous fumes into the living space of your home.
• Remove and clean the Burners
• Remove the Rust and Debris from the “Fire Box”
• Check and Test all Safeties
• Test ALL Motors and Electrical Components for normal operation.
• Visually inspect the Flue Exhaust connections
• Test the Thermostat for normal operation
• Replace Air Filter (customer provided)
The VIP Program doesn’t stop with this extensive maintenance coverage, it ALSO includes basic Electrical Repairs and Modernization for the following items:
- Capacitors
- Contactors
- Wire Repairs
- Hard Start Kits
- Term Lock Kits
- Limit Switches
- Door Switches
- Battery Replacement for most Thermostats

That’s right, the VIP Program also covers minor FREON adjustments that allow the technicians to Maximize the Cooling Capacity of Your Air Conditioner for the Hot and Humid Summer Season.

The VIP Program works with Home Warranty Coverage on the Major issues of Equipment Replacement and other Expensive Part Replacement.
The technician will call you warranty company from your house and file all the needed reports to expedite and solve your trouble and restore these critical services.

$725.00 a year cover 1 Air Conditioner and 1 Heater with all these benefits for an entire year.
